Do I actually own the website?
Yes, outright. The domain is registered in your name, the files are yours, and if you ever want a different developer you get everything handed over. Nothing is rented from us.
What does the free mockup actually mean?
We build your real homepage, your business, your services, your area, before you've paid or signed anything. You look at the finished thing, not a sketch. If you don't like it, you walk and it cost you nothing.
When do I pay?
After you approve the finished site. The order is: free mockup, you approve the full build, then you pay, and it goes live the same day. Money never moves before you've seen exactly what you're buying.
Why not just use Wix or a website builder?
You can, plenty do. But a builder site is a monthly rental you assemble yourself, and it usually looks like one. Ours are custom-built to make the phone ring, they load faster, they rank better, and you own them. One flat price beats a forever subscription.
How is a custom site only $799?
Because there's no agency between you and the person building it. No project managers, no outsourcing markup, no office. One builder, direct. That's the entire trick.
How fast is it really live?
The finished site is typically ready within about a week of getting your photos and details. You approve it, pay, and it publishes the same day.
What happens if I cancel Care?
Nothing dramatic. Care is optional and month to month. Cancel any time and your site stays up. You just maintain it yourself from there.
How do the ads work?
$499 setup builds your Google profile, tracking, and a landing page. After that we take 10% of the jobs the ads actually book, no monthly minimum. A month where nothing books costs you nothing. Ad spend goes on your card, straight to Google. It never runs through us.
What's a CRM and do I need one?
It's software that remembers every customer and follows up automatically. Review asks, reminders, repeat-business nudges. If your customers come back every few years (realtors, contractors, clinics), it quietly prints money. From $599, custom-built.
What about hosting fees?
There's no hosting line item and never will be. It's covered. You'll never get a surprise invoice for keeping the lights on.
